{"id":439,"date":"2011-03-15T14:47:48","date_gmt":"2011-03-15T14:47:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.futawillimapu.org\/archivo\/2011\/03\/15\/prisioneros-politicos-mapuche-reinician-huelga-de-hambre-en-lebu-comunicado-publico\/"},"modified":"2011-03-15T14:47:48","modified_gmt":"2011-03-15T14:47:48","slug":"prisioneros-politicos-mapuche-reinician-huelga-de-hambre-en-lebu-comunicado-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.futawillimapu.org\/archivo\/2011\/03\/15\/prisioneros-politicos-mapuche-reinician-huelga-de-hambre-en-lebu-comunicado-publico\/","title":{"rendered":"Prisioneros pol\u00edticos Mapuche reinician huelga de hambre en Lebu [Comunicado P\u00fablico]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.australosorno.cl\/prontus4_nots\/site\/artic\/20110315\/imag\/FOTO20020110315105906.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Imagen: Diario Austral de Osorno<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan confirman varios medios, este martes 15 de marzo los <em>pe\u00f1i<\/em> <strong>Ram\u00f3n Llanquileo, H\u00e9ctor Llaitul, Jos\u00e9 Huenuche<\/strong> y <strong>Jonathan Huillical<\/strong> reiniciaron en la c\u00e1rcel de Lebu la huelga de hambre depuesta en octubre pasado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los prisioneros pol\u00edticos han emitido el siguiente comunicado en el que exponen sus demandas:<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>COMUNICADO PUBLICO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>C\u00e1rcel de Lebu, 15 de Marzo de 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Los presos pol\u00edticos mapuche, miembros de la CAM, prisioneros en la C\u00e1rcel de Lebu, frente a nuestra actual situaci\u00f3n, comunicamos a la Naci\u00f3n Mapuche y a la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica internacional lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p> 1.\u00a0Es de amplio conocimiento el extenso proceso investigativo y judicial que se ha desarrollado en contra nuestra y de otros 13 hermanos, bajo la Ley Antiterrorista, cuyo resultado ha sido una condena pol\u00edtica a cuatro militantes de la CAM.<\/p>\n<p> 2.\u00a0Que el Tribunal Oral de Ca\u00f1ete ha arribado a dicha condena basado, \u00fanicamente, en declaraciones de un testigo secreto y de testigos de o\u00eddas, es decir, con est\u00e1ndares de prueba inaceptables en cualquier otro lugar mundo.<\/p>\n<p> 3.\u00a0Que por lo tanto, al no haber tenido un debido proceso y como resultado de ello, arriesgar altas penas de c\u00e1rcel, hemos decidido iniciar una huelga de hambre liquida, de car\u00e1cter indefinida, hasta el logro de nuestras demandas:<\/p>\n<p> v DEBIDO PROCESO Y JUICIO JUSTO<br \/> v SIN UTILIZACION DE TESTIGOS SECRETOS, SIN LEY ANTITERRORISTA.<br \/> v NULIDAD DEL JUICIO ORAL<br \/> v SER JUZGADOS POR UN TRIBUNAL COMPETENTE E IMPARCIAL<br \/> v FIN AL DOBLE PROCESAMIENTO EN LA JUSTCIA CIVIL<br \/> v TRASLADO A LA CARCEL DE ANGOL Y CONDICIONES CARCELARIAS DIGNAS.<\/p>\n<p> JOSE HUENUCHE REIMAN<\/p>\n<p> HECTOR LLAITUL CARRILLANCA JONATHAN HUILLICAL MENDEZ<\/p>\n<p> RAMON LLANQUILEO PILQUIMAN<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/justicianadamasperonadamenos.blogspot.com\/2011\/03\/ppm-de-la-cam-inician-huelga-de-hambre.html\" target=\"_blank\">Justicia, Nada M\u00e1s, Pero Nada Menos<\/a><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.biobiochile.cl\/2011\/03\/15\/4-comuneros-mapuche-retoman-huelga-de-hambre.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">Radio Bio Bio<\/a><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/radio.uchile.cl\/noticias\/106324\/\" target=\"_blank\">Radio U.
