El lugar fue ocupado el s\u00e1bado reci\u00e9n pasado. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong>El Juzgado de San Jos\u00e9 de la Mariquina rechaz\u00f3 por tercera vez la petici\u00f3n de desalojo del fundo Lo Su\u00e1rez, propiedad de la Forestal Valdivia, que se encuentra tomado por comuneros mapuche, desde el s\u00e1bado reci\u00e9n pasado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La toma se produjo por la demanda de los comuneros, de recuperar varias hect\u00e1reas de terreno, en el sector.
